1. How credit works
- Credit is prepaid, in US dollars. You buy it by card from Dodo Payments, which sells it as merchant of record and handles tax and receipts.
- Credit does not expire.
- There are no plans, seats or subscriptions. The only repeat charges are rentals (numbers, inboxes, domains, campaigns, connected app accounts). They renew monthly from your credit until you release them.
2. What you are not charged for
- A call that fails before doing any work.
- Checking a price.
- Calls made on your own provider accounts. The provider bills you directly.
- A repeated call with the same idempotency key.
3. Caps on what you pay
- A long job the source could not confirm is charged at most its estimate.
- A mission is charged only for the steps that ran.
- A call is never charged more than the amount held for it.
4. Starter credit
The $1 starter credit is a free gift, given once per person. It has no cash value and is never refunded or transferred. It sits in the same balance as purchased credit.
5. Refunds of purchased credit
- Purchased credit is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- Dodo Payments' own refund rules, as merchant of record, also apply.
- If you close your workspace, unused credit is forfeited, unless the law requires otherwise.
- Used credit, rental months already started, and registration fees are not refunded.
6. Wrong charges
If you think a charge is wrong, email support@pramaan.dev within 60 days. If we got it wrong, we put the credit back.
7. Card disputes
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, we may pause the workspace.
